It enjoys more than 315 sunshine days a year and an average temperature of 18-19ºC so it's easy to see why the World Health Organisation once named it as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. Thousands of foreigners have come on holiday here, fallen in love with the place and made it their permanent home.

     The province of Almeria is located in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula on the shores of the Mediterranean sea. Its whole extension covers 8,774 square kilometres. As a result, in Almeria, you can enjoy popular, modern tourist resorts and natural areas where mankind has barely left its mark. The climate of Ameria is Mediterranean, warm and dry, with low rainfall.

     The Canary Islands on the other hand has a more ambient climate where you are almost certain to be able to enjoy Christmas Dinner on your terrace or indeed the beach.
