Welcome to Spanish Dream Ireland . . .

To own a property in Spain is to enjoy all this fabulous Country has to offer: The relaxed pace of life, over 300 days of glorious sunshine a year, gastronomic delights and the abundance of activities that make Spain the most popular destination in Europe for recreational facilities.

The Costa del Sol is the best known tourist destination with its miles of sandy beaches, its ports, restaurants and indeed its golf with over 45 professional courses and more in the planning process. The expansion of Malaga Airport and the introduction of the new fast train, Malaga to Madrid in less than 2.5 hour’s make it the commercial centre of Europe.

The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) renowned for its famous Mar Menor has introduced very strict building regulations in the clients favour with low density and open areas. A half dozen premium golf courses with many more as the infrastructure develops, with two Airports and a third completed by 2010. The area boasts historic cities such as Murcia and Cartagena and has an excellent road infrastructure.

The Costa Azahar, known as the Orange Blossom Coast, the entire region was replanted with orange trees in 1921. The Costa Azahar is overflowing with friendliness from the locals. Not as commercial as further down south, the pace of life here and the cheerfulness of its people will stay with you for some time. It is serviced by a number of Airports and has an excellent Rail and road network.

The Costa Blanca, on the east coast of Spain, is one of the most beautiful regions of the entire Iberian Peninsula. It stretches 500 kilometres in length from Denia to Cartegna. It enjoys more than 315 sunshine days a year and an average temperature of 18-19ºC so it's easy to see why the World Health Organisation once named it as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. Thousands of foreigners have come on holiday here, fallen in love with the place and made it their permanent home.

The province of Almeria is located in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula on the shores of the Mediterranean sea. Its whole extension covers 8,774 square kilometres. As a result, in Almeria, you can enjoy popular, modern tourist resorts and natural areas where mankind has barely left its mark. The climate of Ameria is Mediterranean, warm and dry, with low rainfall.

The Canary Islands on the other hand has a more ambient climate where you are almost certain to be able to enjoy Christmas Dinner on your terrace or indeed the beach.

The Cape Verde Islands are situated further south. A former Portuguese colony, it is the first of the Tropics, on the same line of latitude as the Caribbean. Here you are guaranteed all year sunshine, often referred to by our clients as the nearest place to Paradise.

At Spanish Dream Ireland, our emphasis is on customer service and satisfaction. We hope the website has been of benefit to you.
