Viewing and Purchasing your Property in Spain
After our initial meeting to discuss your requirements we through our Associates in Spain do a thorough search for a Property that is appropriate to your needs. We keep you informed at each stage of development.
After you have decided on the Area of your choice, Type of Property, Cost including 10% approx. for Government and Legal Fees and mode of Purchase for same when suitable Property is located, I.E. Remortgage on Equity at home currently at 4.75% repayable up to age 70. Mortgage in Spain on 70% of Property value over 15 to 20 year period, or a mixture of both.
We assist you in booking your flights and hotel accommodation. You shall be met by our associates in Spain who will have knowledge of your requirements and have appointments set up for you to tour the Area, view Properties, introduce you to an English speaking Spanish Solicitor, (after you have found your Dream Home) to prepare the Contract on your behalf.
In short our combined services are designed to hold your hand throughout the entire process, in fact we strive to take the pain out of buying your Dream Home in Spain. The entire process can be completed in 3-4 Days.
Where appropriate our Associates will assist you setting up Bank A/C's opening water and electricity A/C's and furnishing. All the above Services are provided Complementary by Ourselves and our Associates to ensure a Pleasant and Fruitful Acquirement of your Dream Home.
