   Spanish Dream Ireland has evolved over the past 8 years as the foremost arm of Mac Donough and Associates, a family run business covering a period of over 25 years service to the public as an Intermediary i.e. broker acquiring insurance, mortgage, expatriate, investment and estate products for our clients.

   We have always believed in offering independent advice to our clients whether it be for investment, pension or mortgage products and we continued these principles when it came to acquiring Overseas Properties initially in the various regions of Spain. We first acquainted ourselves with the regions and developments so we could, depending on our client’s requirements and budget, match in advance the most suitable properties prior to their visit.

   As we believe if a client is spending €150,000 or €1.5 Million they have to earn or borrow the funds so our advice has always been to spend wisely.

   We all know the saying: “A picture paints a thousand words” and that is why we have our web page, but a more important one which reflects our philosophy is “Seeing is Believing” and that is why we have Associate Office’s in each area. Their mission is to show each client the area and facilities first in a relaxed manner, then the properties of interest. This has proven over the years to ensure our clients make the right choice and indeed find their Dream Home.

   We also have a number of lease back and guaranteed rental properties with 2 to 10 year renewable fixed and variable rates available.

   We have also built a strong relationship with developers in neighbouring Countries i.e. Portugal and France where we have an exclusive on golf and beach properties on the Algarve including quarter share ownership of fantastic apartments, town houses and linked villas. In France we have lease back with terms from 9 to 18 years plus many fabulous freehold properties with excellent rental potential.

   Through our extensive networking with our international colleagues we also have available properties in the following Countries: Hungary, Morocco, Dubai, Egypt, Italy, Brazil and Bulgaria.
